俺が代／OREGAYO
Concept:
日本国憲法や、文部省（当時）による教科書『あたらしい憲法のはなし』、そして尾崎行雄、芦田均などの演説をテキストとして用いながら、日本国憲法の本質を浮かび上がらせることによって、改憲／護憲に囚われることなく憲法やこの社会についての問いを観客とともに共有するソロパフォーマンス。
これまで、銀座・若山美術館における屋上公演や、STスポット、SCOOL、そしてルーマニア・クルージュで開催される演劇祭「Temp d'Image Festival」および、ブカレストの劇場「Centrul de Teatru Educațional Replika」などで上演を積み重ねてきた。

About OREGAYO:
The Constitution of Japan was made 70 years ago, after World War II.
This constitution was based on the reflection of the war. Therefore, we Japanese pledged in this Constitution ‘Abandonment of war’’Respect for human rights’’Sovereignty of the people’.
This work focuses on the issue of constitutional amendment, which has become a topic of public debate in these years. Through the performers’ bodies, the performance describes the mood at the time of the Japanese constitution’s enactment, quoting from the constitution, a supplementary reader called The Story of the New Constitution (produced by the former Ministry of Education, Science and Culture), and a speech given by the politician Yukio Ozaki to parliament at the time of the enactment. Thus the performance goes beyond the dichotomy of constitutional revisionists and loyalists, and raises questions about future of Japan.
